- Description
- Make the layout of pdf versions of pages follow the default layout for printable views. This means adding:
- a header with
From $WikiTitle
and $Group: $Name
GroupPrintHeader
and GroupPrintFooter
if these exist
- suitable running headers and footers (note page numbers are misplaced)
- a footer with
Retrieved from address
and Page last modified on date and time
Single apostrophes are also not correct — they always come out as right quotes. The smart quotes extension may fix this.

- Proposed solution
- Decide how to invoke the pdf view. Is it a new action or a format option on the existing print and publish actions? This will determine how we deal with setting the skin and including group print headers and footers.

- Resolution
- There is a new LATEX tbook xml template that gets invoked from a format=makepdf option on print and publish actions. Trail, search, category, form and calendar page lists can all publish to pdf or html.
