- Summary
- Centering markup centres following text
- Type
- Bug
- Raised by
- John Rankin
- Date opened
- Friday, 1 July 2005
- Description
- The centering markup (=| start of line) centres not just the current paragraph, but subsequent paragraphs as well in the pdf output. See for example Main.Latex Equations?.
- Importance
- 3
- Proposed solution
- Add an align attribute to the tbook <p> tag; in the XSLT, transform this to a center environment. Right-alignment should be supported by the same markup. However, at the moment, the => markup is omitted from print and publish output.
- Urgency
- 2
- Status
- Closed
- Resolution
- The =|centre paragraph text markup works correctly; the Wiki Styles for
%block center%
and %block right%
aren’t yet supported. This is part of a more general issue of how best to handle HTML block style specifications. See issue 00028.
