- Description
- PDFing pages which require authentication to view them currently works by forwarding cookies sent to the mkpdf script to PmWiki. But if mkpdf is running on a different server, then it won’t see the cookies set by PmWiki for authentication purposes.

- Change the page typeset option to use the format=makepdf option, so all pdf requests use the same mechanism to get the the server. Then pass the authentication credentials as part of the redirect to the Wikipublisher service, via the Submit form.
