- Description
- The engine generates no bookmarks for a pdf of a single wiki page.

- Proposed solution
- Perhaps what we do is make bookmarks from all <h level=‘2’> tags by default, but use the ‘new page before level’ if this is specified. Alternatively, create bookmarks from the first heading found on the page and any other headings at the same level.

- Resolution
- The markup translator uses the first heading as a section indicator and treats the next heading at the same level as the start of a new section. There are 2 new pdf options — heading new page is now section new page, the same as page collections; there is a new option to generate a table of contents, for those who don’t wish to use the (:toc:) directive.
