Description
I run a wiki that also functions as a CMS. Consequently, I generally don’t want to display the typesetting option. I can’t find any documentation (and therefore assume the following features are not implemeneted) on how to do the following:
  1. Prevent insertion of $PageTypesetFmt immediately before $PageText. I should be able to control the placement of this link using a skin.
  2. Prevent insertion of $PageTypesetFmt by default and only show it when (:typeset:) is included in the page.
