- If an author applies a center style to an image, this is ignored.

- Add support for center image style. The caption will continue to be left aligned under the image. This requires a change to the PublishPDF library and to the pdf2you server xsl script.

- PmWiki side fixed in version 2.0.3 (Saturday, 1 April 2006); wikipublisher.org pdf server updated; released in the server side as part of the Tuesday, 11 April 2006 release, which includes a fix for the hanging indent problem (00045).
