- When setting up a typesetting server using Install the Server, it would be useful to provide more feedback, so any configuration errors can be more easily spotted.

- The most likely result of a misconfiguration is an “Access denied” message. It would be helpful to have an option to expand the access denied message, to display the url of the Access Control.Approved Wiki Urls page and the url of the page being typeset. This would make many configuration problems immediately visible.

- The access denied message displays the url of the page being typeset and the url of the access control page. This was added in server version 0.9.3f, released Monday, 17 July 2006.
