- Description
- The tbook dtd includes a <book> element, which consists of one or more <chapter> elements. Add a (:typeset-book:) directive that transforms a trail into a book. This will require a DTD change to support book presentation metadata and more flexible <notice> and <colophon> pages.

- Use the fncychap package to produce a choice of chapter formats and support an optional chapter <aphorism>. Recognise pages titled Preface, Introduction, Acknowledgements, and Colophon as special <chapter> styles. Use :term:definition markup to define a chapter and its aphorism.
