:Description:On some systems, invoking the [=(:typeset:)=] directive causes Latex to come to an emergency stop and announce that the \fancyheadoffset command is undefined. This arises because the Latex installation is using an older version of the fancyhdr package, which does not support the command.

:Proposed solution:Upgrade Latex to a more current version. Alternatively, download fancyhdr.sty from [[CTAN -> http://www.ctan.org/tex-archive/macros/latex/contrib/fancyhdr/]] and place this file in the wikibook/template/ directory.
