- Description
- Is it possible to add e.g. a logo image to all pages in a typeset book pdf (except front page, print header/footer etc.)?
So far I have not been successful in figuring out how.

- Proposed solution
- The Wikibook PDF server supports a wikibook/local/wikibook.cfg file. In this, an administrator can re-define book page headers and footers using \renewcommand{\bookheadfootduplex}{ … }.
See the file wikibook/template/wikibook.sty for the format of the default \bookheadfootduplex command. Copy the \newcommand{\bookheadfootduplex}{ … } code and paste it into the local/wikibook.cfg file, then edit it to produce the desired output effects. Remember to change newcommand to renewcommand. Any graphics files referenced in the redefined headers and footers must also be placed in the local/ directory.
