Publish PDF library improves citation support
This is a maintenance release and improves citation support:
- fix bug when publishing page collections from a shared bibliography page
- improve spacing algorithm for Author1:Author2:Year citation keys
- improve on-screen presentation of bibliographies
- be smart about cite(key)'s — append the apostrophe-s to the author
- really fix pdf bug when div markup is followed by text on the same line
