Publish PDF library improves citation support

This is a maintenance release and improves citation support:

fix bug when publishing page collections from a shared bibliography page
improve spacing algorithm for Author1:Author2:Year citation keys
improve on-screen presentation of bibliographies
be smart about cite(key)'s — append the apostrophe-s to the author
really fix pdf bug when div markup is followed by text on the same line
