Cosmetics improvements in the wikibook server
- tidy up the top and bottom margin positions in articles, reports and books; by convention, the bottom margin should be deeper than the top margin
- this led to a solution for generating A5 layouts correctly — see issue 00059, a long-standing problem
- we took the opportunity to improve the US letter margin settings
- tidied presentation of watermarks, including making watermarks work on letters
- we had to patch the hosted version of Wikipublisher, because our hosting service runs an old version of LATEX — see issue 00111
It’s time to release wikibook-0.9.6b — available from Install the Server. The next release will probably receive for a 1.0.0 designation.
