Bug fixes in the Publish PDF library
- testing the A5 paper fix (issue 00059) led to noticing and fixing a minor book bug — page cross-references now work as intended
- the new Letter markup broke the handling of chapter aphorisms in books; fortunately, this was trivial to fix
- the Tip of the Week service uncovered a bug in wikiforms view templates when the field values contain apostrophes, now fixed
- includes the minor update released to detect and gracefully handle improperly nested trail hierarchies (issue 00110, patch released Tuesday, 11 September 2007)
