Minor wikibook server update
We released an update for Wikipublisher/tblatex.xsl Δ, for those running wikibook-0.9.7a. This provides the following:
- better spacing around un-captioned tables (thanks to Gustav)
- float barrier to prevent images from floating past the start of a section, if sectionnewpage is on (thanks to tyrel, issue 00117)
- hooks to print tables sideways (will be in the next Publish PDF release)
- hooks to allow hyphenation of long url link text on _ and = as well as - / . (will be in next Publish PDF release)
This replaces the version found in the wikibook/xml directory.
