Wikibook server xsl file updated
Since releasing Wikibook v1.0.2, a number of minor changes have occurred:
- fix a bug introduced in 1.0.2 that broke letters (a trivial fix for a fatal error)
- add line length adjustment to books (supports 10, 11 and 12pt body text)
- change the page footer in long simple tables to “Continues …”
- recognise running headers in advanced tables (requires PublishPDF library v2.2.3)
Version 1.0.2 can be updated by installing the latest tblatex.xsl in the wikibook/xml directory. It can be downloaded from Wikipublisher.InstallTheServer#toc3. The “official” 1.0.3 release may contain additional changes.
