Publish PDF library version 2.2.5 released
This is a minor enhancement release:
- patch footnotes to suppress the footnote line when the footnotes are empty (thanks to Benoit)
- patch keyboard markup to avoid mis-interpretating
strong code and emphasised code markup (issue 00127)
- fix typo in processing return address (R: start of line markup) for letter templates
- fix error when typesetting a password-protected page under Cookbook:CleanUrls
