Server version 1.0.5 released

This is a minor release that fixes a couple of cosmetic issues:

• use bigger headings when typesetting the report document class; they are now a size larger than those in the article class
• improve the inter-float spacing for floating Divs (for an example, make a PDF of Tip of the Week 00041)

It also includes up-to-date copies of a couple of L^AT_EX packages, where versions found in older L^AT_EX distributions are known not to work correctly with Wikipublisher.
