Publish PDF library version 2.2.13 released
This is a minor maintenance release:
- improve handling of simple advanced table cells (thanks to Johan) — issue 00139
- add $CurrentTimeFmt and $LetterDateFmt to increase control over format of publication date/time stamps (thanks to Benoit)
- add (:bib terse=on:) option to suppress the “none cited” message (thanks to Benoit)
- fix a bug in options handling when using (:typeset-trail* <options>:) to uncheck the “include this page” box
