Publish PDF version 2.2.14 released

This release contains a complete re-write of the smart quotes function to support different language’s conventions for inner and outer typographic quotes. To change the treatment of single and double straight quote marks, set the $SmartQuoteStyle variable in local/config.php equal to one of the following styles:

• CH (Swiss)
• DE (German)
• DK (Danish)
• ES (Spanish)
• FI (Finnish)
• FR (French)
• GB (British — the default)
• NL (Dutch)
• PL (Polish)
• SE (Swedish)

Other languages with different conventions can be readily added — the rules are data.
