From the WikiPublisher
This is a patch release. Version 1.0.17 inadvertently omitted a change needed to support wikibook/local/wikibook.cfg files. This has now been fixed. It also adds support for a wikibook/local/wikibook-letter.cfg file to support local customisations of the “letter” document type.
Users of version 1.0.17 who wish to take advantage of the local cfg option will need to upgrade. Version 1.0.17a changes 2 files in wikibook/template/ directory:
