Wikibook PDF server version 1.0.18 released
This release makes some minor improvements:
- subtle cosmetic improvements to the default book cover layout (no longer generates overfull hbox warnings)
- add marginshift=on option so articles have wide outside / narrow inside margins — this is useful for articles with marginal notes
- add support for vector images in pdf format — the next release of the Publish PDF library will recognise [[link-to-image.png -> link-to-image.pdf]] markup; thanks to Markus for suggesting this
