Wikibook PDF server version 1.0.20 released

This expands the range of styles available for major section headings in articles and reports. To bring a little local flavour to the Wikipublisher system, we use the names of towns and cities in New Zealand: Auckland, Hamilton, Levin, Wellington, Nelson, Christchurch and Dunedin. To choose a style, add ucsection=place-name to a typeset, typeset-page or typeset-trail directive. Thanks to Kate for suggesting this enhancement.

Other changes in this release:

add support for cover=none to suppress the surtitle, title, subtitle and date of an article; thanks to Frank for the suggestion
fix a bug introduced in version 2.2.17 when we refactored the code that calls hyperref, which broke citation markup
print the Wikibook version at the start of debug requests

There will be a new release of the Publish PDF library shortly, to update the Site template files so readers can change the section style on demand.
