Publish PDF library version 2.2.20 released
This release aligns with the Wikibook PDF server version 1.0.20 release:
- update the Print Template and Include Template forms to let a reader select one of the new major section styles
- migrate the “unnumbered chapter” feature of books to let reports and articles derived from Wiki Trails support unnumbered sections, such as a Foreword
- enhance the abbreviation markup (again) so that abbreviations like TCP/IP work once more
The section styles also introduce a little local flavour to the system, as the style names are New Zealand towns and cities.
