Wikibook server v1.0.22 is the last in the series
This release back-ports some bug fixes from the Wikibook 1.1 beta series:
- fix references to floating divs (broken when we refactored hyperref support)
- fix formatting of nested numbered lists when a list uses a named style, such as ALPHA or ROMAN
- recognise XML output from the new (:head:) markup
- fix typo preventing use of the chapterstyle Glenn
- correct elastic inter-paragraph spacing in minipages
The only difference between version 1.0.22 and 1.0.21 is the xml/tblatex.xsl file. Features added to the Publish PDF library after version 2.2.21 require the Wikibook 1.1 series.
