Wikibook PDF server version 1.1.4 released
This is a minor, mostly cosmetic, update:
- fix an error in the generated LATEX if the headingstyle is undefined (thanks to Janina)
- use altpagestyle if coverstyle=fancy; i.e., no headrule (thanks to Chris)
- print legal notice footnotesize (instead of small) for large print books
