Publish PDF library version 2.2.35 released
This release makes some minor cosmetic enhancements:
- add a show/hide metadata button to the (:bookmetadata:) directive output; for an example, see the Book Guide
- change the (:wikipublisher:) pdf options display default from “hide” to “show”
- align the on-screen display of LATEX and TEX with the pdf versions
- add an option to require a password to typeset a book
