This is a bug-fix release only. An error crept in when fixing a different bug, that caused some links to page anchors in the same book to lose the correct reference `ID. As a result, the typesetting engine rendered the cross-references as "p ??" instead of finding the page number. The `ID references were being transformed to all lower case under some circumstances, so became references to anchors that did not exist.
The error (in tblatex.xsl) has now been fixed.
