Wikibook PDF server version 1.1.5 released

References of the form [[SomePage#someAnchor]] sometimes don’t work.

This is a bug-fix release only. An error crept in when fixing a different bug, that caused some links to page anchors in the same book to lose the correct reference ID. As a result, the typesetting engine rendered the cross-references as “p ??” instead of finding the page number. The ID references were being transformed to all lower case under some circumstances, so became references to anchors that did not exist.

The error (in tblatex.xsl) has now been fixed.
