Publish PDF library version 2.2.38 released

This is a minor update that adds wiki support for book style files, as discussed in Wikibook server version 1.1.9. Note that it includes a change to the latexpublishbook skin template file.

For the Wikibook server to access the style file, upload the sty file using Attach markup, then on the book’s wiki trail page, define a new variable:

(:style: Attach:<book-style-file>.sty :)

The book-style-file can redefine any of the commands used in the Wikibook PDF server, such as:

• \bookhalftitle
• \bookhalftitleverso
• \booktitle
• \booklegal
• \bookdedication
• \epigraph
• \bookheadfootduplex

It can also modify page dimensions, such as:

• \paperheight
• \paperwidth
• \textheight
• \textwidth
• \oddsidemargin
• \evensidemargin
• \marginparwidth

In principle, any aspect of the book layout can be modified.
