Wikibook PDF server version 1.1.10 released
This is a minor update to support style options required for the China and Harvard styles. New options include:
- cfloatstyle=shaded gives custom floats a shaded caption
- support for a \bookdedicationstyle
- support for an \indentstyle for (:div class=indent:)
- support for a \framestyle for (:div class=frame:)
- support for an \authorandauthor separator between book author names
It also includes a cosmetic change to the relative sizes of sections and subsections.
