This is a minor update to support style options required for the [[PressBooks/China]] and [[PressBooks/Harvard]] styles. New options include:
* cfloatstyle=shaded gives custom floats a shaded caption
* support for a \bookdedicationstyle
* support for an \indentstyle for (:div class=indent:)
* support for a \framestyle for (:div class=frame:)
* support for an \authorandauthor separator between book author names
It also includes a cosmetic change to the relative sizes of sections and subsections.
