Wikibook PDF server version 1.2.1 released
This release includes minor enhancements to support PressBooks:
- add “Classic Hardback” page size — this is a metric size (144×222 mm) between half US (5½″×8½″) and Trade Paperback (6″×9″)
- add support for short quotations of modern (monotonic) and classical (polytonic) Greek in otherwise non-Greek documents
- add a <linespace> tag to insert vertical space between table rows
- improve handling of page numbering when the halftitle and halftitle verso pages are included in the frontmatter page count
