Publish PDF library version 2.2.40 released
This is a minor maintenance release:
- pass the charset to htmlspecialchars (php default has changed from iso-8859–1 to utf-8)
- figures no longer cause lists to terminate (thanks to Vladimir Kulev)
- improve layout of typeset-trail output
- add option to exclude summary page from printed search results
- add hooks for a background image on cover pages and letters
- add support for SVG equations in Activate Latexrender (requires dvisvgm)
The pace of change has slowed markedly — the project is effectively finished!
