Wikibook PDF server version 1.1.11 released

This makes some minor amendments to improve pressbooks.com support:

• prevent L^AT_EX from failing if the <typeset> tag is empty
• improve wrapping of text around small images (suppress overhang option)
• add the ability to change hyperref setup e.g., to support custom link colours

It also adds hooks for a DOCBOOK option, to convert wikibook to docbook. Full functionality depends on upgrading the wikibook to docbook xsl, which is out of date.
