Summary
Support floating text

Description
It would be nice to support floating text via the float wikistyles (rfloat and lfloat), displaying as marginpars.

Proposed solution
One option is to use a class attribute on the <mnote> element and turn this into \marginpar{text}. Then wikibookstyles needs to check for text that floats left or right and wrap it in an mnote element with the appropriate class. A new %mnote% class is the tidiest way to do this.
These and {=sticky notes=} should be \raggedright on odd pages and \raggedleft on even pages.

Fixed in version 2.1.0 — including ragged left and right marginal notes
