2.0.3 released with minor improvements and bug fixes

• control whether or not to substitute high resolution images using the $SubstituteHiResImg array

  by default, $SubstituteHiResImg[‘arrow’] = true; $SubstituteHiResImg[‘pipe’] = false;

• add variables to customise the wiki link display format

  set with $WPLinkPageExistsFmt, $WPLinkPageExistsAnchorFmt, $WPLinkPageCreateFmt

• add support for %center% image style (00072)
• add support for (:markup caption='caption text':)
• add support for (:toc-hide:) directive — generate anchors, but no toc
• add $WikipublisherTargetFmt variable (default _blank loads the pdf in a new window)
• change Cancel to Back to page on pdf submission and error pages

Bug fixes in the current release

• always use caption alt text in list of figures (00075)
• fix macronised page titles, which broke under PmWiki 2.1
• change $PubDirUrl to $FarmPubDirUrl for pdf icon references
• enable simultaneous edits in forms pages

Features expected in the next release

• see the outstanding issues — no major enhancements are currently planned

Bugs fixed in the next release

• PmWiki 2.1 whitespace markup resulted in untagged text
• get hanging indents working again
